Talent & Content Creator

• Female, max 30 years old
• Min 1-year experience in social media management
• A diploma/bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field is a plus
• Talent on-cam
• Well-versed in content management, content creation, KOL engagement
• Shoot, edit, and create visual content for various social media platforms (Instagram and Tiktok) with excellent judgment and instincts, and become the talent on-cam.
• Source, create, and publish timely social media content to educate various audiences about key Style Theory activities and PR efforts.
• Planning the concept of each account’s social media content
• Very update to what’s trending and viral on Tiktok and Instagram.
• Support and prepare for on-site shoots or off-site shoots which may require after office hours (with Off-in-Lieu provided).
• Reporting on activities, including insights that help shape and drive content moving forward

Senior Graphic Designer

• Min 3-4 years of working experience in the Advertising/Design industry
• Min Bachelor Degree in Multimedia / Visual Design Communication or any related major
• Able to lead a team
• Good in English is required
• Required skills Adobe Creative (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro)
• Having skills in Photography and Videography
• Strong eye for color and layout skills
• Great attention to details
• Good communication and willingness to learn
• Ready to work in a startup company/environment (fast pace)
• Good at managing workload and teamwork

Social Media Specialist

• Have an educational background min. S1
• Have work experience in an advertising agency min 1 year
• Familiar with local fashion brands (preferred)
• Have scheduling skills
• Have work experience in social media management, have knowledge in the field of Fashion (preferred)
• Can perform social media management from content planning, ideas, analysis, and reporting
• Creative and proactive in following trends
• Have knowledge in the use of SEO
• Can use Ms Excel or Google Sheets to process data
• Have knowledge in the field of online marketing
• Have knowledge in Ads
• Have excellent communication skills both orally and in writing in English and Indonesian.
• Have leadership, discipline, responsible and able to work with team
• Have good time management skills
• Can work with target and under pressure

Host Live Streaming

• A diploma/bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field is a plus
• Target oriented.
• Have a positive personality and a chatty person.
• Responsible for daily live streaming via Tiktok, Instagram, Shopee, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Able to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as income contribution.
• Actively sell products by encouraging old and new customers through live streaming sessions.
• Mastering product knowledge of company products that will be promoted in live streaming.
• Helping to create promotional content through videos or photos.
• Willing to work in shifts and join ASAP
• Follow the company’s WFO regulations

Graphic Designer

• Min 1-2 years of working experience in the Advertising/Design industry
